Return Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-352-379-1981 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The following conditions apply:- We will exchange or give a refund on the original method of payment IF the item is returned in the original, unopened, unmarked packaging including accessories, manuals, documentation & registration shipped with that product.
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of issuance of the RMA
- A 10% Restocking Fee applies to an opened package (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & is without wear)
- You will be asked to provide a Visa or MasterCard number, if there is a 10% open box restocking fee.
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Insurance and a request for confirmation or tracking number is recommended. Center for Listening & Learning does not accept responsibility for returns that are not delivered.
